I count myself fortunate to have found Tyson Russell. Tyson is the most effective coach I’ve worked with. Tyson has a gift for pinpointing the missing piece that turns roadblocks into bridges, “Ugh!’ into, “Aha!”

As if advanced instructive skills aren’t enough, I can’t express how much of a relief it is to be able to ask technical questions and get answers! Internet and media skills are a critical component of business and entrepreneurship today. Tyson’s technical background means he can provide perspective and guidance that others simply can’t. He translates the tech into plain English, with impressive patience. I finally feel that I understand what used to be incomprehensible.

Tyson recognizes that success comes out of authentic service. He believes in the win-win-win scenario, when everyone involved benefits, and he practices what he preaches. I have learned a lot in our coaching sessions, and more from observing how he approaches his own business. I wanted to share something that happened due to the FB Group I created from coaching with Tyson.

This Group was just going to be one of the many side things to support the bigger vision of my business as a Film Editor, Mentor and Consultant. I thought maybe 20-40 people would join. We just celebrated our first year with 2400 members.

And from that I launched the Mastermind Group (paid subscription). And from that, I became the Executive Producer of THE PILL. We now have a Production Company, a Podcast, a Zoom Interview Show, 3-4 industry Q&As and support discussions weekly, and soon a Marketplace and Affiliate Program.

None of this would have happened if I didn’t do the homework and work with Tyson. It’s pretty darn cool.
